• TThere are designated parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• Almost all rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level. Some outdoor areas are only accessible via stairs.
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 80 cm wide (exception: some sauna doors are only 55 cm wide). 
• There is a passenger lift to access pools 5 and 7 in the thermal baths. Otherwise, there are flat steps with handrails or a raised pool edge at seat height above the pool surround to access the pools.  
• The manoeuvring spaces in the changing room are at least 120 cm x 120 cm.
• At least one sanitary room is available for people with disabilities.  
• The toilet in this room can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side of the toilet.  
• The shower in the sanitary room for people with disabilities is steplessly accessible. There are grab rails in the shower. A shower seat is available.  
• A sauna wheelchair is not provided. 
• In almost all saunas, the manoeuvring spaces in front of the lower bench are at least 150 cm x 150 cm.

• Assistance dogs (guide dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) are not permitted.  
• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering.
• Almost all areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
• Most steps are not visually rich in contrast. 
• Stairs have a handrail on at least one side. 
• The edges of the pools are visually contrasting.  
• To access the pools, there is sometimes a passenger lift or flat steps with a handrail or a raised pool edge at seat height above the pool surround.
