• The apartment has two parking spaces.  
• The bus stop "Zweistapfenweg" is approx. 200 m away. 
• The path from the parking lot to the house entrance is 30 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on.
• The Ingrid vacation apartment is steplessly accessible. 
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by the guest are steplessly accessible.
• All doors/passages that can be used and are raised for the guest are at least 82 cm wide.

Kitchen

• The dining table is wheelchair accessible.
• The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair accessible. 

Bedrooms

• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 1 (double room) are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 150 cm x 124 cm;
  to the left of the bed 124 cm x 183 cm; to the right of the bed 29 cm x 183 cm.
• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 2 (double room) are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 130 cm x 106 cm;
  to the left of the bed 66 cm x 183 cm; to the right of the bed 120 cm x 183 cm.
• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 3 (single room) are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 100 cm x 101 cm;
  to the right of the bed 101 cm x 204 cm, on the left the bed is against the wall.
• The beds are 63 cm high.

Bathroom (barrier-free design)

• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:  
  200 cm x 101 cm in front of the washbasin and toilet;
  to the left of the WC 96 cm x 69 cm; to the right of the WC 28 cm x 54 cm.
• There is a grab rail to the right and left of the WC. 
• The grab rails can be flipped-up. 
• The sink is wheelchair compatible to a limited extent. 
• The mirror cannot be seen when seated. 
• The shower is steplessly accessible and measures 97 cm x 144 cm. There are no grab rails in the shower. 
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (permanently installed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).
• There is no alarm trigger.
• Another bathroom is available.

• Assistance dogs are not allowed.
• The entrance is visually rich in contrast.
• All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
