• There is a parking space available (parking space size: at least 350 cm x 500 cm, distance to entrance: 30 m).
• The path from the car park to the entrance is easy to walk and drive on.
• The entrance to the "Spitzstein" holiday flat has a treshold of 2 cm.
• All evaluated rooms that are available to the guest are accessible at ground level.
• Doors and passages are at least 80 cm wide with the exception of the narrowest passage width of the bedroom 2 with 40 cm.

Bedroom 1 (double bedroom)

• The smaller manoeuvring space in front of and behind the door is 110 cm x 150 cm.
• The manoeuvring spaces in front of essential immobile furnishings are 150 cm x 150 cm, to the left of the bed 77 cm x 180 cm and to the right 180 cm x 180 cm.
• The bed cannot be driven under. The height of the bed is 55 cm.

Bedroom 2 (double bedroom)

• The manoeuvring space is 150 cm x 170 cm in front of essential immobile furnishings, 40 cm x 206 cm to the right of the bed, no manoeuvring space to the left of the bed.
• The bed cannot be driven under. The height of the bed is 48 cm.

Bathroom

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  • to the left of the toilet 40 cm x 71 cm, to the right 18 cm x 71 cm;
  • in front of the toilet 150 cm x 56 cm, in front of the washbasin 180 cm x 80 cm.
• There is a handle on the right of the toilet (cannot be folded up).
• The height of the upper edge of the shower tray to the floor at ground level is 1 cm. The manoeuvring space in the shower is 89 cm x 153 cm.
• A shower chair and handles are available.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible, but the mirror cannot be seen while standing or sitting.

Living kitchen area

• In the kitchen, the manoeuvring space in front of the kitchen unit is 240 cm x 160 cm.
• The dining table, stove, sink and work surfaces are not wheelchair accessible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm).

• Assistance dogs are not allowed.
• The main entrance is visually contrasted with the surroundings and can be recognized by a tactile change of the floor covering.
• Rooms and corridors are predominantly brightly lit and glare-free.
• The paths in corridors are visually contrasted to the surroundings.
• The walls or other structural elements can be used as orientation.
• The operating elements are tactile and mainly visually contrasted.
