Description

A warm welcome to the handicapped and wheelchair accessible vacation apartments at the Webermohof! Feel boundlessly comfortable at Lake Tegernsee!

The separate new building in direct proximity to the family-run guesthouse and farm has certified wheelchair accessible (60-100m², 2-5 persons), as well as certified handicapped accessible (65m², 2-5 persons) vacation apartments. All apartments are generously and individually furnished in the alpine lifestyle, in order to also offer the greatest possible comfort to all guests with a handicap. We are happy to cater to individual needs. In the neighboring Webermohof, which is accessible without steps, the vacation spirits are awakened with a breakfast buffet with regional foods and homemade delicacies that can be booked in addition. To relax, the in-house wellness area with sauna, alpine dream and heat cabin invites. The wellness area is not wheelchair accessible, but is accessible without thresholds via the glass elevator. The vacation apartments at the Webermohof are located 400m from the center of Rottach-Egern at Lake Tegern and are the ideal starting point for barrier-free excursions in the region.

  • There is a public parking lot available. The surface quality of the car park is not easy to walk and drive on. The path from the car park to the entrance is 25 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 8 % over a distance of 15 m.
  • The bus stop „Hagrain“ is 150 m away.
  • The holiday home is steplessly accessible via a treshold of 2 cm. 
  •  The two holiday apartments "Ringsee" and "Suttensee" (both house 2) are identical in construction, the only difference is the presence of a terrace or balcony. 
  • All evaluated apartments as well as almost all rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible or via an elevator. Exception: The balcony in the holiday apartments "Triftbach" (House 1) and "Suttensee" (House 2) is only accessible via an additional staircase-shaped threshold in the outside area, twice 1.5 cm high. 
  • The elevator cabin measures 108 cm x 134 cm.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 80 cm wide.
  • The dining tables in the apartments are wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
  • The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove in the apartments are not wheelchair compatible.

Holiday Home 2 – Apartment Tegernsee, ground floor

Bedroom 1 

  • The manoeuvring spaces in front / behind the door, in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) and left and right of the bed are at least 150 cm x 130 cm.
  • The bed is 49 cm high.

Bedroom 2 

  • The manoeuvring spaces are: in front of/behind the door are at least 200 cm x 117 cm, in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) at least 150 cm x 150 cm; left of the bed 150 cm x 139 cm; on the right is the bed on the wall.
  • The bed is 50 cm high.

Bathroom 1

  • The door opens inwards, but does not affect the manoeuvring spaces in front of the toilet and sink.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are: in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
    left of the toilet 158 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 75 cm x 70 cm.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The shower is accessible without thresholds.
  • The manoeuvring space in the shower is 200 cm x 200 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
  • There are grab rails available in the shower, but not at the toilet. Mobile, fold-up grab handles can be fitted to the left or right of the toilet if required.  
  • An alarm trigger is available.

Bathroom 2

  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are: in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet as well as in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 126 cm; left of the toilet 63 cm x 56 cm and right of the toilet 43 cm x 63 cm.
  • The sink has limited access.
  • The mirror is not visible while sitting.
  • The shower is accessible without thresholds.
  • The manoeuvring space in the shower is 100 cm x 171 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
  • Neither are there grab rails available right and left of the toilet nor in the shower. Mobile, fold-up grab handles can be fitted to the left or right of the toilet if required.   
  • An alarm trigger is not available.

Holiday Home 2 – Apartment Triftbach, 2nd floor

Bedroom 

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) as well as left of the bed 180 cm x 180 cm; on the right is the bed on the wall.
  • The bed is 49 cm high.

Bathroom

  • The door opens inwards, but does not affect the manoeuvring spaces in front of the toilet and sink.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are: in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet as well as in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 123 cm; left of the toilet 123 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 86 cm x 70 cm.
  • Mobile, fold-up grab handles can be fitted to the left or right of the toilet if required.  
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The shower is accessible without thresholds.
  • The manoeuvring space in the shower is 125 cm x 156 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
  • There are grab rails available in the shower.
  • An alarm trigger is available.

Holiday Home 1 – Apartment Ringsee, ground floor

Bedrooms 1 + 2 

  • The manoeuvring spaces are: in front of/behind the door as well as in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) at least 200 cm x 114 cm; left and right of the bed 110 cm x 183 cm;
  • The bed in bedroom 1 is 51 cm high, in bedroom 2 it is 47 cm high.

Bathroom

  • The door opens inwards, but does not affect the manoeuvring spaces in front of the toilet and sink.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are: in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and the washbasin at least 170 cm x 112 cm;
    left of the toilet 32 cm x 56 cm and right of the toilet 29 cm x 56 cm
  • Neither are there grab rails available right and left of the toilet nor in the shower. Mobile, fold-up grab handles can be fitted to the left or right of the toilet if required.

  • The entrance(s) to the holiday home as well as to the apartments are visually rich in contrast and recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
  • All evaluated areas that can be used by the guest are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • The signage is not designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
  • There are revolving or rotating doors. (Apartment Triftbach)
