Apartments Alpenflair

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities ".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• The train station with a stop for the public buses is about 150 m from the entrance. 
• There is a parking space for people with disabilities. A parking space is at least 345 cm wide and 500 cm long.
• The parking space is 5 m from the entrance.
• The entrance area to the building to the holiday flats has step-free access. There is a door threshold with a height of 2.4 cm.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or are accessible via a lift. Door thresholds are max. 2.4 cm high. 
• The lift cabin is 106 cm x 140 cm. The lift door is 90 cm wide.
• Passages and doors are at least 80 cm wide (exception: doors to the additional, second "guest" WCs with door widths of 52 cm).

• The doors are at least 80 cm wide.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 150 cm x 87 cm;
  to the left of the bed 118 cm x 240 cm;
  to the right of the bed 68 cm x 240 cm.
• The bed is 60 cm high.
• The (dining) table can be moved under at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm. 
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:  
  in front of the washbasin 230 cm x 122 cm;
  in front of the toilet 230 cm x 122 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 88 cm x 54 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 23 cm x 54 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

• There are no floor indicators indoors or outdoors. 
• All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
