Holiday Apartment Schönheit

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified -  partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• There is a parking space available for the apartment.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by the guest are accessible without steps/at ground level. The upper floor of the play barn is excluded.
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by the guest are at least 80 cm wide.
• At least one double or multi-bed room is available.
• The toilet in the room can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
• Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are provided. 
• The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.  
• The dining table/table is designed to be wheelchair compatible with a maximum height of 80 cm.

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering.
• All elevated areas that can be used by guests are brightly lit and glare-free.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically.
• The first and last step of a staircase are fitted with horizontal and vertical contrasting edges. 
• Stairs have a handrail on at least one side.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.

• In the case of an acoustic alarm (e.g. fire alarm) a clearly optically perceptible flashing light or flashing signal is perceptible in the holiday apartment "Schönheit" (in the hallway to the bathroom).
• At least one electrical outlet is available near the bed.
• Free WIFI access is available.
