All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• The appartment is steplessly accessible via ramp.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via ramp.
• The ramp at the entrance has a maximum gradient of 18 % (length 3 m).
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 81 cm wide.
• The dining table is wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.
• Aids offered: height-adjustable nursing bed (from external service provider)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 150 cm x 230 cm;
  left of the bed 49 cm x 180 cm, right of the bed 300 cm x 180 cm.
• W-LAN is offered.  
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of/behind the door at least 156 cm x 121 cm;
  in front of the toilet 95 cm x 150 cm;
  in front of the washbasin 121 cm x 159 cm;
  left of the toilet 31 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 27 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rail on the left of the toilet can be flipped-up.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is not steplessly variable (treshold of 4 cm).
• The manoeuvring space in the shower is 89 cm x 89 cm.
• Shower seat, shower mat and a mirror can be provided if required.
• There are grab rails available in the shower.
