Holiday Apartment "Katharina"

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• There is a parking space available for the apartment/house.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by the guest are accessible without steps/at ground level. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used and are raised for the guest are at least 90 cm wide.
• The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.  
• The dining table/table is designed to be wheelchair compatible with a maximum height of 80 cm. 
• The WC can be accessed from one side (at least 90 cm). There are flip-up grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.  
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
• The following aids are available: Rollator

• Assistance dogs are not permitted.
• The entrance is visually contrasted with the surroundings and recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
• Rooms and corridors are brightly lit and glare-free.
• The controls are predominantly tactile and visually rich in contrast almost everywhere.
• Information is provided in clearly legible lettering.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.

• At least one electrical outlet is available near the bed.
• WIFI access is available.
• Knocking at the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal.

• Business cards/brochures with the address and telephone number of the host are visibly displayed in the bedroom.
• The destinations of the paths are within sight.
