Quiet, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated. Your accessible apartment awaits you in Erling-Andechs. A warm welcome.

The apartment awaits our guests with the most modern comforts. The surrounding area is flat to slightly hilly and your parking space is located directly next to the light-filled parterre apartment. After the step-free entrance, you will find yourself directly in the spacious living and kitchen area, which is equipped with every conceivable comfort. Next door is a utility room for waste separation, washing machine, washing line, ironing board and much more. The wide hallway to the two bedrooms is bright and also stepless. In each bedroom a small additional washbasin, oversized comforters and a choice of pillows. The bathroom will pamper you with year-round underfloor heating, modern furnishings and fluffy hand and shower towels. Two shower stools to choose from, professional grab rails and soft water. The modern terrace with its own barbecue, small sunbathing lawn, also with shade, invites you to have breakfast. In summer you can enjoy your own free selection of vegetables and drinks, as well as many beautiful flowers.

Bathroom

  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:   in front of the sink 190 cm x 186 cm; in front of the toilet 200 cm x 121 cm; to the left of the toilet 186 cm x 71 cm; to the right of the toilet 32 cm x 71 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • Both grab rails can be flipped-up. 
  • The sink is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
  • The shower is accessible without steps. 
  • The shower area is 120 cm x 120 cm.
  • There are grab rails in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (permanently installed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).

  • Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offerings. 
  • The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring.

  • There are no floor indicators in the indoor and outdoor areas. 
  • All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
