All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• The railway and bus stations are approx. 250 m away.
• There are 10 parking spaces available for four flats, so that a parking space of at least 350 cm x 500 cm can be used. The car park is 30 m from the entrance to the flats.
• External paths are at least 200 cm wide and have a maximum longitudinal gradient of 10%. 
• The following aids are available: Wheelchair, rollator

Flat Agathe

• Passages and doors are at least 88 cm wide. Exception: The door to the infrared cabin is 62 cm wide and there is a door threshold with a height of 8 cm.
• Access is possible without steps. 
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 180 cm x 190 cm;
  to the left of the bed 58 cm x 173 cm;
  79 cm x 173 cm to the right of the bed.
• The bed is 51 cm high.
• The (dining) table can be driven under at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm. 
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are  
  in front of the sink 187 cm x 86 cm;
  in front of the toilet 187 cm x 86 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 32 cm x 53 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 117 cm x 47 cm.
• There is a grab rail to the left of the toilet. 
• The sink is wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.

Flat Lothar

• Doors are at least 90 cm wide. Door thresholds are a maximum of 2 cm high. Exception: The door to the infrared cabin is 82 cm wide.

Flat Albert

• The door is at least 80 cm wide. The door to the Finnish sauna is 79 cm wide.
• There is a door threshold with a height of 2 cm.
• Access to the building is stepless.
• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom number 1 are
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 150 cm x 170 cm;
  to the left of the bed 67 cm x 174 cm;
  104 cm x 174 cm to the right of the bed.
• The bed is 51 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 2 are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 150 cm x 180 cm;

• The bed is 51 cm high.

• There are no grab rails on the toilet.

• Assistance dogs (guide dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/provision.
• The entrance areas are set off from the surroundings by a tactilely perceptible change of floor covering that is recognisable and visually rich in contrast. 
• There are glass doors that have no safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
• There are no floor indicators in the indoor and outdoor areas.
• All elevated areas that can be used by guests (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.

• There is no clearly perceptible visual alarm (e.g. fire alarm)
• The ringing or knocking on the room door is not signalled by a flashing signal that can be heard in all rooms. 
• There is at least one freely available socket near the bed in the bedrooms of the living areas.
