Description

Our agricultural vacation farm "Stixenhof" is located in the middle of the beautiful Franconian Lake District. From swimming fun to water sports, from nature enjoyment to festival culture, the Franconian Lake District offers unforgettable vacation moments - in a diverse cultural landscape around the seven accessible lakes. Our farm itself is surrounded by meadows and forests. Pure tranquility is the order of the day here with us. In the morning you will be woken up by relaxing birdsong and at dusk you will have the chance to watch some deer grazing. Get to know our lovingly furnished vacation apartment.   • There is one unmarked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 400 cm x 500 cm).
  • The bus stop in the village of Seitersdorf is approx. 700 m away.
  • The apartment "Sonnenaufgang" is accessible via a treshold of 3 cm.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 81 cm wide.
  • The dining table is not wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
  • The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.

Double Room

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 167 cm x 200 cm;

  • The bed is 58 cm high.

Twin Bed Room

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:

    left of the bed 108 cm x 300 cm;
    right of the bed 150 cm x 200 cm.
  • The bed is 53 cm high and 90 cm wide.

Bathroom

  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the toilet 250 cm x 150 cm;
    in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 160 cm;
    left of the toilet 39 cm x 54 cm and right of the toilet 200 cm x 54 cm.
  • There is a grab rail on the left side of the toilet. The grab rail cannot be flipped-up.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The shower is accessible without thresholds.
  • The manoeuvring space in the shower is 150 cm x 150 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
  • There are grab rails available in the shower.
  • An alarm trigger is not available.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
  • External paths have visually contrasting and tactilely detectable sidewalk boundaries.
  • The entrance is visually rich in contrast and recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
  • All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • The walkways in corridors / paths / corridors are recognizable by tactile markings. Alternatively walls or other structural elements can be used for orientation.
