Holiday apartment "Eberwein"

• A parking space is available directly at the apartment.
• The entrance to the house is via a 16 cm high step. A mobile ramp with a maximum longitudinal gradient of 12% is available.
• All usable and raised rooms are accessible at ground level.
• Doors and passageways are at least 90 cm wide.
• On the first floor of the vacation home there is a double bedroom, a living and kitchen area with terrace and a bathroom with shower and WC.
• The dining table is wheelchair compatible at a height of 59 cm, but the sink, stove and work surfaces are not.

Bedroom

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 200 cm x 43 cm;
  to the left of the bed 39 cm x 210 cm; 136 cm x 210 cm to the right of the bed.
• The bed is 57 cm high.

Bathroom

• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the washbasin 180 cm x 118 cm; in front of the WC 115 cm x 180 cm;
  to the left of the WC 32 cm x 55 cm; to the right of the WC 40 cm x 55 cm.
• There is a grab rail to the right of the WC.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
• The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
• The shower is steplessly accessible. The shower area is 116 cm x 116 cm.
• There are grab rails in the shower. A shower seat is available.

• Assistance dogs are not allowed.
• The main entrance is visually contrasted with the surroundings and can be recognised by a tactile change in the floor covering.
• At the entrance there is a 16 cm high step without a handrail.
• There are no revolving or rotating doors.
• Rooms and corridors are brightly lit and glare-free.
• There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path/room.
• The operating elements can be detected tactilely.
• There is no uninterrupted control system (e.g. ground indicators) in indoor and outdoor areas.

• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• Free WIFI access is available.
• Knocking at the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal.
