• There is a parking space available for the apartment.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by the guest are accessible without steps/at ground level. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used and are raised for the guest are at least 68 cm wide.
• Two barrier-free rooms are available.
• There is no barrier-free bathroom.
• The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.  
• The dining table/desk is designed to be wheelchair compatible with a maximum height of 80 cm.
