• There is a parking space available for the apartment.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by the guest are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used and are raised for the guest are at least 90 cm wide.
• The WC in the room can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). 
• There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side of the WC.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
• Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
• The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.  
• The dining table/table is designed to be wheelchair compatible with a maximum height of 80 cm.
