Description
Situated on the outskirts of the village, this high-quality new-build holiday flat measuring 75 m² is located on the 2nd floor and sleeps up to 7 people. From there you can enjoy a marvellous view of the idyllic greenery and the mountains in three directions. Two separate bedrooms, separated from the eat-in kitchen, create a cosy atmosphere right from the start. Two balconies on the south and east sides invite you to linger outdoors. The holiday flat is easily accessible via a lift. Underfloor heating in all rooms ensures a pleasant, cosy atmosphere. All rooms are allergy-friendly with hard floors without carpets.
The central location of Dietramszell means that the surrounding towns such as Munich, Bad Tölz, Wolfratshausen, Geretsried, Miesbach or Holzkirchen can be reached in a short time. The large lakes, such as Tegernsee, Schliersee, Starnberger See, Chiemsee and many others are also within easy reach for day trips within an hour.

- All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 80 cm wide.
- There is a total of 1 barrier-free room.
- The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.
- The dining table/desk is designed to be wheelchair compatible with a maximum height of 80 cm.
- The WC can be accessed from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are no grab rails.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
- Access to the shower is barrier-free. A shower chair is available.
