Holiday apartment "Almgart'n" in the Koglhof

• There is one unmarked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm). The parking space is exclusively available for this apartment.
• The path from the car park to the entrance is 6 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 7 % over a distance of 4 m.
• The building is steplessly accessible via the main entrance via treshold of 3 cm.
• Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level. Exception: The terrace is only accessible via a treshold of 5 cm.
• Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide. Exception: The narrowest passageway in bedroom 2 is 89 cm wide, the door to the bathroom is 78 cm wide.

Living Room/Kitchen

• The manoeuvring spaces in front of/behind the door are at least 150 cm x 150 cm.
• The dining table is wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.

Bedroom 1 (double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces in front of/behind the door are at least 200 cm x 122 cm.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 185 cm x 200 cm;
  left of the bed 58 cm x 178 cm;
  right of the bed 188 cm x 145 cm.
• The bed is 58 cm high.
• A nursing bed is not available.

Bedroom 2 (double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces in front of/behind the door are at least 123 cm x 120 cm.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 126 cm x 89 cm;
  left of the bed 48 cm x 170 cm;
  right of the bed 89 cm x 170 cm.
• The bed is 62 cm high.
• A nursing bed is not available.

Bathroom 1

• The door opens inwards, but does not affect the manoeuvring spaces in front of the toilet and sink.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of/behind the door at least 112 cm x 150 cm;
  in front of the toilet 200 cm x 113 cm;
  in front of the washbasin 150 cm x 112 cm;
  left of the toilet 89 cm x 54 cm and right of the toilet 35 cm x 54 cm.
• There is a grab rail on the right side of the toilet. The grab rail cannot be flipped-up.
• The sink has limited access.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The manoeuvring space in the shower is 117 cm x 169 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab rails available in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is not available.

Bathroom 2

• The door opens inwards, but does not affect the manoeuvring spaces in front of the toilet and sink.

  in front of the toilet as well as in front of the washbasin 184 cm x 116 cm;

• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
• WiFi is offered.
