All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• There are no marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• The path from the car park to the entrance is 10 m long. It is not easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 6 % over a distance of 2 m.
• The bus stop"Wertach-Faistenoy", Oy-Mittelberg is 350 m away.
• The building is steplessly accessible via a treshold of 3,5
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible.
• Exception: The balcony in the Alpspitze holiday apartment is only accessible via a threshold of 4 cm.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 88 cm wide.
• The dining table is wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.

Bedroom 1 (double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) at least  00 cm x 155 cm ;
  left of the bed 155 cm x 178 cm;
  right of the bed 58 cm x 178 cm.
• The bed is 65 cm high.

Bedroom 2(double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 180 cm x 60 cm;
  left of the bed 60 cm x 178 cm;
  right of the bed 64 cm x 178 cm.
• The bed is 65 cm high.

Bathroom

• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the toilet and the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
  left of the toilet 30 cm x 55 cm and
  right of the toilet 180 cm x 55 cm.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet.The grab rail on the right of the toilet can be flipped-up.
• The sink is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The manoeuvring space in the shower is 148 cm x 220 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab rails available in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is not available.

• Guests are asked to consult with us in order to bring assistance dogs.
• Both, the entrance to the building and the holiday apartment Alpspitze are visually rich in contrast and recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
• All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The operating controls are predominantely visually rich in contrast and tactilely detectable.
