• There is one parking space for people (parking space size: 350 cm x 550 cm).
• The surface quality of the car park is not easy to walk and drive on.
• The path from the car park to the entrance is 45 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on.
• The bus stopAmerang is 2 km away.
• The building is accessible via a treshold of 3,5 cm .
• The holiday apartment is steplessly accessible at ground floor level.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly
• Exception: The terrace is only accessible via a treshold of 3,5 cm.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 80 cm wide.
• The dining table is wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• The sink and the kitchen counter are partially wheelchair compatible. The oven and microwave are accessible at 85 cm height (bottom edge).
• There is a lounge with table tennis table, foosball table and dining area.

Bedroom 1 (double room)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 240 cm x 166 cm;
  left of the bed 114 cm x 165 cm;
  right of the bed 78 cm x 165 cm.
• The bed is 57 cm high.

Bedroom 2 (multi-bed room)

• The manoeuvring spaces in front of/behind the door are at least 120 cm x 200 cm.
• The manoeuvring spaces in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) and right of the bed are at least 150 cm x 150 cm; no manoeuvring space left of the bed (evaluated was the single bed by the door).
• The bed is 57 cm high.

Bathroom

• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the toilet as well as in front of the washbasin 118 cm x 163 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 47 cm x 71 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 86 cm x 71 cm.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The manoeuvring space in the shower is 220 cm x 170 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab rails available in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is available.
• A further bathroom is available, which is not designed for people with disabilities (very small manoeuvring space, no grab rails, etc.)

• Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
• The entrances to the building as well as to the holiday apartment are visually rich in contrast and recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
• All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.

• In the living room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
