• The bus stop is 50 m away.
• There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size 350 cm x 600 cm, 2 m away). 
• The building is steplessly accessible (treshold of 2 cm).
• The holiday apartment is steplessly accessible.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level.
• Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 88 cm wide. 
• The dining table is wheelchair accessible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are wheelchair accessible.

Parent's bedroom (double bedroom)

• The maneuvering spaces are:
  in front of essential immobile furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 200 cm x 200 cm;
  right o left of the bed 236 cm x 200 cm;
  the beds are mobile and can be placed flexibly.
• The bed is wheelchair accessible.
• The bed is 54 cm high.

Children's room (double bedroom)

• The maneuvering spaces are:
  in front of essential immobile furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 200 cm x 130 cm;
  left of the bed 180 cm x 200 cm; right of the bed 135 cm x 200 cm.
• The bed is wheelchair accessible.
• The bed is 43 cm high.
• A nursing bed cannot be provided.

Bathroom

• The maneuvering spacess in the bathroom are:  
  in front of the sink 200 cm x 155 cm;
  in front of the toilet 200 cm x 155 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 157 cm x 54 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 72 cm x 54 cm.
• There are grab rails on the left and right side of the toilet.
• The right grab rail can be flipped-up. 
• The washbasin is wheelchair accessible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The maneuvering space in the shower is 150 cm x 150 cm.
• There are grab rails in the shower.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if needed (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable.

• Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
• Outdoor paths do not have visually contrasting or tactilely detectable sidewalk boundaries.
