• A parking space belongs to the apartment (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• The appartement is steplessly accessible.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 80 cm wide.

  in front of essential immobile furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) and left and right of the bed at least 150 cm x 200 cm.
• The maneuvering spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the toilet 200 cm x 135 cm;
  in front of the washbasin 180 cm x 180 cm; 
  to the left of the WC 45 cm x 56 cm, to the right of the WC 175 cm x 56 cm.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rail on the left of the toilet can be flipped-up. 
• The sink has limited access. 
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The maneuvering space in the shower is 120 cm x 120 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab handles in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is not available.
