All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

  • There is a parking lot for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or elevators. 
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 80 cm wide. Exception: Sauna doors are at least 60 cm wide.
  • The WC in the rooms/apartments can be accessed from at least one side (at least 90 cm). There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side of the toilet. 
  • The washbasin is wheelchair accessible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
  • There are tables in the dining room that are max. 90 cm high and wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the changing room are at least 150 cm x 150 cm.
  • There are public toilets for people with disabilities that can be accessed from at least one side (at least 90 cm). There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side of the toilet. 
  • A wellness area is available. This was surveyed but not included in the assessment.
  • There are flat steps with handrails to access the pool. 
  • A sauna wheelchair is not provided.

  • Assistance dogs may be brought.
  • The entrance areas north entrance and winter entrance are visually contrasted to the surroundings and can be recognized by a tactile floor covering change.
  • Steps are not visually rich in contrast. Handrails are available.
  • An outgoing emergency call is confirmed audibly in the elevator. The stopping position is not announced by speech.
  • In the wellness area the pelvic edges are visually contrasted to the surroundings. Access to the pools is via flat steps (in the movement pool with handrail).
  • Signs are designed in legible, visually contrasting lettering.
  • There is no information available in Braille or prismatic lettering.
