Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.
- There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
- The building is accessible without steps.
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible without steps. Door thresholds are max. 2 cm high.
- The elevator car is 115 cm x 150 cm.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide, with the exception of the door to the Room of Silence (84 cm).
- The reception desk is 82 cm high at its lowest point.
- There are wheelchair-compatible tables in the dining room (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm).
- Guided tours of the house are available on request.
Room 110 (single room, ground floor)
- The manoeuvring space next to the bed is 260 cm x 210 cm.
- The bed is 53 cm high.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
in front of the washbasin and WC 200 cm x 150 cm;
to the left of the WC 88 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 90 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet. Both grab rails can be folded up.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
- The threshold-free shower is 150 cm x 150 cm. Grab rails and a shower seat are provided.
- An alarm trigger is available.
Room 002 and 004 (single room, basement)
- The manoeuvring spaces in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) and next to the bed are at least 165 cm x 200 cm.
- The bed is 51 cm high.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
150 cm x 170 cm in front of the washbasin and WC;
150 cm x 70 cm to the left or right of the WC (room 004 can be accessed from the left, room 002 from the right). - There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. Both grab rails can be folded up.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
- The threshold-free shower is 150 cm x 150 cm. Grab rails and a shower seat are provided.
- An alarm trigger is available.
WCs for people with disabilities (ground floor and basement)
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
at least 160 cm x 160 cm in front of the washbasin and WC;
at least 93 cm x 70 cm to the left and right of the WC. - There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet. Both grab rails can be folded up.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
- An alarm trigger is available.

- Assistance dogs may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms.
- The entrance area is recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
- All elevated areas that can be used by guests are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
- There is a tactile orientation plan.
- The signage is designed in easily legible and visually high-contrast lettering.
- The stairs have handrails on both sides and the steps have high-contrast visual markings.
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The stop position is announced by voice. The operating elements are not visually rich in contrast, but are tactilely detectable.
- Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.
- Guided tours of the house are available on request.

- The alarm is clearly visible in the following rooms: entrance area, in the barrier-free rooms.
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
- In the dining room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
- Guided tours of the house are available on request.
Rooms 110, 002 and 004 (single rooms)
- There is at least one freely available socket near the bed.
- Ringing or knocking on the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal, which can be heard in all rooms.
- Wi-Fi is offered.
