• The "Auwiesenweg" bus stop is 76 metres away.
• Parking underground car park level 1: There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 340 cm x 490 cm).
• Parking underground car park level 1 (access to the doctors' surgeries): There are two designated parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 283 cm x 490 cm).
• Parking underground car park level 2: There is one designated parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• The car park is steplessly accessible.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps or via ramps or lifts.
• The ramp (entrance area level 3) has a maximum gradient of 5.5% and a total length of 4 metres.
• The lift cabin from the main entrance (level 1) to levels 2 and 3 is 210 cm x 250 cm. The lift door is 140 cm wide.

• The grab rails can be flipped-up. 
• The sink is wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
• The entrances are visually rich in contrast and recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
• All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• There are no visually contrasting or tactilely detectable floor indicators available.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
• There are glass doors without safety markings.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is not announced by spoken commands. The operating controls are visually rich in contrast but not tactilely detectable. Alternatively stairs are available.

• Stairs have at least a handrail on one side.
