Information on accessibility

All test relevant areas meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility tested - partially barrier-free for people with walking impairments".
Some information on accessibility are listed below. For more details, please see the test report at the end of the text.
- There are six unmarked parking spaces for people with disabilities (size of the parking space: 350 cm x 550 cm; distance to the entrance approx. 5 m).
- The path from the car park to the entrance is easy to walk and drive on.
- The entrance to the distillery is steplessly accessible (door threshold 1.5 cm).
- All evaluated rooms that can be used by the guest are steplessly accessible.
- All passageways/doors are at least 90 cm wide.
- The counter is 107 cm high. An equivalent communication option is available while seated.
- There are wheelchair compatible tables in the guest/sales room.
- Guided tours are offered for people with walking impairments and wheelchair users. The entire route of the guided tour is steplessly accessible for wheelchair users. A reservation is desired.
Public toilet
- In the toilet the manoeuvring spaces are as follows:
- at the door, in front of the toilet and washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
- left of toilet 58 cm x 55 cm, right 64 cm x 55 cm.
- There are no handles on the toilet.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
People with visual impairments and blind people

- Assistance dogs are allowed.
- The entrance is visually rich in contrast and can be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
- There are no carousel or rotary doors.
- There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path/room.
- All evaluated areas that are available to the guest are brightly lit and glare-free.
- Operating elements are tactilely detectable everywhere and visually contrasting.
- Paths are designed visually rich in contrast everywhere and are marked with tactile markings or the walls can be used as orientation aids.
- Indoors and outdoors there is no guidance system with ground indicators.
- There is no information available in Braille or prismatic writing.
- The drinks menu is not available in Braille.
- Aids offered: reading aids (reading glasses, magnifying glasses, etc.)
- Guided tours are offered for visually impaired and blind people. Exhibits for touching are integrated. A reservation is desired.
People with hearing impairments and deaf people
Some information on accessibility are listed below. For more details, please see the test report at the end of the text.
- There is no alarm.
- There is no audio induction loop.
- There are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, where there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision.
- There are no seating areas with low background noises (e.g. seating corner, separate room).
- Information is available in written form.
- Guided tours are offered for people with hearing disabilities, but not for deaf people. A reservation is desired.
People with cognitive impairments

- The name or logo of the establishment is clearly recognizable from the outside.
- The destination of the path is partly in sight. There is no guidance system.
- There is no information in easy language.
- Information is not displayed with pictograms or pictures.
- There are no guided tours offered for guests with cognitive impairments.
