All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• The underground station "Königsplatz" is approx. 200m away.
• A general car park is available. 
• The entrance/access to the building is step-free (max. 2 cm threshold, if necessary via a ramp).
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps (height of door thresholds max. 2 cm). The door threshold from the large hall to the inner courtyard is 10 cm high.
• Passages and doors are at least 89 cm wide.
• The reception counter is 115 cm high at the lowest point. 
• The buffet counter is 101 cm high at its lowest point.  
• In the dining lounge there are wheelchair accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 

Public toilet for people with disabilities

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the sink 200 cm x 78 cm;
  in front of the toilet 142 cm x 85 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 26 cm x 70 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 85 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• Both grab rails can be flipped-up. 
• The sink is not accessible from underneath.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offer. 
• There are glass doors with no safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
• The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of floor covering and visually contrasting with the surroundings. 
• There are no floor indicators. 
• Walls or other structural elements can be partially used for orientation.
• The walkways in corridors/paths/corridors are mainly visually contrasting to the surroundings.
• All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible lettering. There is a good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background.

• In the event of an alarm (e.g. fire alarm), there is no visually clearly perceptible alarm.  
• There is no audio induction loop system.  
• There are tables where there are no lamps or hanging lamps that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
• There are tables with low ambient noise
