• The nearest bus stop is about 200 m away. 
• There is a public car park right next to the hotel. Parking spaces for people with disabilities are available here.
• Access is step-free via a door threshold of 3 cm.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or via a lift.
• The lift cabin is 109 cm x 140 cm. The lift door is 89 cm wide.
• Passages and doors are at least 60 cm wide. 
• The reception is 118 cm high at the lowest point. 
• In the catering area there are wheelchair accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 
• There is no toilet designed for people with disabilities. 

Room 304 with sanitary room (3rd floor)

• Doors are at least 60 cm wide.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 122 cm x 280 cm;
  to the left of the bed 178 cm x 200 cm;
  to the right of the bed 280 cm x 200 cm.
• The bed is 60 cm high.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:  
  in front of the sink 200 cm x 168 cm;
  in front of the toilet 290 cm x 175 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 40 cm x 51 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 30 cm x 51 cm.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• The shower is accessible without steps. A threshold of 1 cm is provided. 
• The shower area is 87 cm x 115 cm.

• Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offer. 
• Glass doors are not marked with safety markings. 
• The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring and visually contrasting with the surroundings. 
• All raised areas that can be used by guests (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• Stairs have a handrail on one side.
• An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The stopping position is announced by voice.
• The operating elements in the lift are designed to be visually contrasting and tactilely detectable.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible lettering.

• An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom, but not visually.
• In the catering area, there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting where there are no lamps or hanging lamps that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
• There is at least one freely available socket near the bed.
• Ringing or knocking at the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be perceived in all rooms. 
• W-LAN is offered.
