All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• A parking space is available for the vacation rental.
• The Laimgrub/Chieming bus stop is 800 m away. 
• All rooms and facilities used by guests are accessible without steps and at ground level. 
• All doors and passageways used by guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• There are two accessible rooms. A height-adjustable nursing bed is available.
• The toilet in the room is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). Fold-down grab bars are available to the left and right of the toilet.  
• The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible even while seated.
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are provided.
• The kitchen countertop, sink, and stove are wheelchair compatible.  
• The dining table is wheelchair compatible, with a maximum height of 80 cm.

• Assistance dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
• The entrance area is identifiable by a change in flooring that can be detected by touch.
• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• The walkways from the entrance door to the reception desk are marked continuously with tactile and visual indicators (e.g., floor markers).
• Signage (for wayfinding) is designed with clearly legible, high-contrast typeface.
• There are no obstacles.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are illuminated with bright, glare-free lighting.
• A guest information booklet in Braille is available.
