All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

• There is a parking space for people with disabilities.
• The Dom tram stop is 250 meters away.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via a ramp or elevator.
• There are no slopes with a gradient of more than 6%.
• All doors/passages accessible to guests are at least 80 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 120 cm high. There is another, equivalent means of communication available while seated.
• There is one accessible room available (Room 302).
• The toilet in the room is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible while seated.
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
• The dining room has tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities on the ground floor, which is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There are foldable grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities on the first floor, which is partially accessible from one side (56 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the side of the toilet that is not accessible.

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible, high-contrast lettering.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are brightly lit without glare.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically.
• Steps do not have high-contrast edges.
• Stairs have handrails on both sides.
• Information is not available in relief or Braille.

• In the event of an acoustic alarm, there is no additional visual flashing signal.
• Audio induction loop systems are available in the Kardinal-Döpfner-Saal and Conference Room 3.
• Wi-Fi is available.
• The rooms surveyed have at least one freely available power outlet near the bed.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is only confirmed acoustically. Alternatively, stairs are available.
