• There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 345 cm x 515 cm).
• The building is steplessly accessible.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via elevators.
• The elevator cabin measures 100 cm x 130 cm. The elevator door is 80 cm wide.
• Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 70 cm wide.
• Exception: door to the toilet in the room 918 is 56 cm wide.
• The reception desk is at its lowest point 110 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
• There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the restaurant (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• There are flat steps with handrails  for entering the swimming pools.

Bedroom 918

• The manoeuvring spaces are:  left of the bed 120 cm x 200 cm;  right of the bed 120 cm x 200 cm.
• The bed is 60 cm high.
• The bathroom is not designed for people with disabilities (very small manoeuvring spaces, no grab rails, etc.).
• The sink is not wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror is not visible while sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The manoeuvring space in the shower is 63 cm x 158 cm.
• No shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab rails available in the shower.

Public toilet for people with disabilities

• The manoeuvring spaces are:  in front of the toilet 283 cm x 92 cm;  in front of the washbasin 283 cm x 113 cm;  left of the toilet 25 cm x 44 cm and right of the toilet 35 cm x 44 cm.
• There arn´t grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet.

• Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
• The entrance is not visually rich in contrast and not recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
• Alternatively stairs are available.
• Steps are not visually rich in contrast.
• Stairs have at least a handrail on one side.
• The menu font in the restaurant is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.

• There is no audio induction loop system at the counter.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
• In the restaurant there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
• There is a seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).

Room/Bedroom

• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
• W-LAN is offered.
