• There are no designated parking spaces for guests with disabilities in the hotel's underground parking garage, but two parking spaces can be reserved upon request.
• The Neubaustraße tram stop is 120 meters away.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via a lift or elevators.
• All doors/passageways that can be used by guests are at least 80 cm wide.
