Our double rooms between 18sqm and 38sqm offer you everything you need for a restful sleep in our extra-long beds. Plus our free wifi, huge flatscreens with Chromecast transmission, inductive charging areas in the nightstands for your cell phone and much more. Some of the double rooms are equipped with terrace or balcony and many rooms are handicapped accessible. Our single rooms with 19sqm also leave nothing to be desired in terms of equipment. The single rooms are corner rooms and therefore have extra daylight.

  • There are two parking / parking spaces for people with disabilities.  One parking/parking space is at least 350 cm wide and 500 cm long.
  • The parking space is 30 m from the entrance.
  • The underground station "Arabellapark" is approx. 500 m away.
  • The entrance/access to the building is step-free (max. 2 cm threshold, if necessary via a ramp).
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or via a lift. Door thresholds are max. 2 cm high. 
  • The lift cabin is 106 cm x 208 cm. The lift door is 90 cm wide.
  • Passages and doors are at least 90 cm wide. (Exception: door width to the terrace in room 15 and 14).
  • The reception counter is 113 cm high at its lowest point. 
  • There are wheelchair accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 

Room No. 15 (ground floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are as follows
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 180 cm x 180 cm;
    to the left of the bed 156 cm x 195 cm;
    to the right of the bed 146 cm x 195 cm.
  • The bed is 62 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:  
    in front of the washbasin 170 cm x 150 cm;
    in front of the toilet 153 cm x 200 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 38 cm x 70 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 88 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • Both grab rails can be flipped-up. 
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
  • The shower is accessible without steps. 
  • The shower area is 153 cm x 170 cm.
  • Grab rails are provided in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
  • There is an alarm trigger available.

Room no. 14 (ground floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 180 cm x 180 cm;
    to the left of the bed 139 cm x 195 cm;

  • The bed is 62 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:

    to the right of the toilet 88 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.

  • The shower is accessible without steps.

Public toilet for people with disabilities (2nd basement).

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 175 cm;
    in front of the toilet 175 cm x 200 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 70 cm x 70 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 90 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • Both grab rails can be flipped-up. 
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting. 
  • There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

  • Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offerings. 
  • The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring. 
  • There are glass doors with no safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
  • There are no floor indicators in the indoor and outdoor areas.
  • On stairs, at least the first and last steps have a visually contrasting edge.
  • Stairs have handrails on both sides. 
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The operating elements in the lift are visually contrasting and tactilely detectable.
  • The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of floor covering. 
  • All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • The signage is designed in clearly legible lettering.

  • There is no induction loop system at the reception. 
  • In the catering area, there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting where there are no lamps or hanging lamps that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
  • There is at least one freely available power socket near the bed.
