  • A parking space belongs to the apartment.
  • The path from the car park to the entrance of the holiday apartment (via terrace) is 80 m long. It is partially not easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 24 % over a distance of 9 m.
  • The holiday apartment is steplessly accessible via the entrance via mountain restaurant Walleralm (treshold of 3 cm) or via the terrace (treshold of 4,5 cm). There is a mobile ramp available.
  • The main entrance is only accessible via stairs and a treshold of 13 cm.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible or via a ramp.
  • The mobile ramp has a maximum gradient of 26 % and a total length of 76 cm.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 69 cm wide.
  • The dining table in the holiday apartment is limitedly wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

  • The sinks clearance is limited by claddings, cupboards or similar items.
  • The mirror can not be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The shower is not steplessly variable (treshold of 27 cm).
  • The manoeuvring space in the shower is 60 cm x 60 cm.
  • No shower seat is available.
  • There are no grab rails available in the shower.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
  • The entrances of the holiday apartment are visually rich in contrast and recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
  • All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • Access to the holiday apartment via the main entrance only via stairs. Steps are not visually rich in contrast. Stairs have a handrail on one side.
