All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and for wheelchair users".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or elevator. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 70 cm wide.
• The reception counter is 112 cm high at its lowest point.
• There are eleven barrier-free rooms. Height-adjustable care beds are available.
• The WC in the room can be partially accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). 
• There is no folding grab rail on the accessible side of the toilet. There are mobile grab rails that can be attached if required.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
• Access to the shower is via a 1 cm high threshold. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
• There are tables in the dining room that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• A sauna is available. This was surveyed but not included in the assessment.
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities that can be accessed from one side (at least 70 cm). There are folding grab rails on the left and right.

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering.
• All elevated areas that can be used by guests are brightly lit and glare-free.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically.
• Stairs have a handrail on at least one side.
• The menu font is uncluttered and visually rich in contrast. There is a menu in large print. 
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.

• Wi-Fi is available.
• There is a freely available socket near the bed.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is only confirmed acoustically. Alternatively, stairs are available.
• There are tables with bright and glare-free lighting. There are tables with low ambient noise.
