"Beim Kiasn"

Description

The Kiasnhof was moved out of the village of Mühldorf in 1964. That is why the farm today is so wonderfully situated in open countryside amidst meadows and fields with a view of the mountains. Since 2019, the farm is managed according to Demeter guidelines. A total of three vacation apartments, one vacation apartment and one vacation home are rented out. Holiday home Bernadette

  • The nearest bus stop is about 500 m away (Hauptstraße Mühldorf).
  • There is a general parking space available (6 m from the entrance).
  • The parking space is at least 350 cm wide and 500 cm long.
  • The surface condition of the parking space is not low-vibration and not easy to walk and drive on. 
  • The entrance to the holiday home is possible without steps via a door threshold with a height of 3 cm.
  • All rooms and facilities on the ground floor that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. 
  • Passages and doors on the ground floor are at least 90 cm wide (exception: guest toilet with 80 cm door width).
  • The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 1 (ground floor) are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 114 cm x 70 cm;
    to the left of the bed 70 cm x 184 cm;
    to the right of the bed 55 cm x 184 cm.
  • The bed in bedroom 1 is 59 cm high.
  • The  manoeuvring spaces  in Bedroom 2 (ground floor) are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 114 cm x 200 cm;
    to the left of the bed 96 cm x 184 cm;
    to the right of the bed 96 cm x 184 cm.
  • The bed in bedroom 2 is 43 cm high.
  • The  manoeuvring spaces  in the kitchen-living room in front of the kitchenette is 218 cm x 180 cm. 
  • The (dining) table in the kitchen-cum-living room cannot be moved underneath or only to a limited extent. The sideboard/work surface is accessible, but the sink and cooker are not.
  • The  manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    200 cm x 160 cm in front of the washbasin;
    in front of the toilet 200 cm x 160 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 62 cm x 54 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 25 cm x 54 cm.
  • There are no grab rails in the bathroom.
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
  • The shower is accessible without steps. There is a threshold of 3 cm. 
  • The shower area is 102 cm x 119 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable).
  • The terrace is accessible via a threshold with a height of 3 cm.

House 11 A: Apartment Korbinian

  • The nearest bus stop is about 500 m away (Hauptstraße Mühldorf).
  • There is a general parking space available (15 m from the entrance).
  • The parking space is at least 270 cm wide and 450 cm long.
  • The entrance area of house 11 is accessible via a door threshold with a height of 3 cm.
  • Passages and doors on the ground floor are at least 90 cm wide (exception: guest toilet with 80 cm door width).
  • The  manoeuvring spaces  in bedroom 1 are
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 120 cm x 78 cm;
    to the left of the bed 73 cm x 172 cm;
    to the right of the bed 87 cm x 172 cm.
  • The bed in bedroom 1 is 32 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in Bedroom 2 are:

House 11 A: Apartment Jakobus

  • The nearest bus stop is about 500 m away (Hauptstraße Mühldorf).
  • There is a general parking space available (15 m from the entrance).
  • The parking space is at least 270 cm wide and 450 cm long.
  • Passages and doors on the ground floor are at least 80 cm wide.
  • The entrance/access to the building is step-free (max. 2 cm threshold, if necessary via a ramp). 
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bedroom are
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 85 cm x 116 cm;
    to the left of the bed 116 cm x 174 cm;
    to the right of the bed 57 cm x 174 cm.
  • The bed is 47 cm high. 
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the kitchen-living room in front of the kitchenette is 210 cm x 180 cm. 
  • The (dining) table in the kitchen is 67 cm high and 30 cm deep; the sideboard/work surface, sink and cooker, however, are not accessible.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are
    129 cm x 130 cm in front of the washbasin;

  • The shower is accessible without steps. 
  • The shower area is 110 cm x 95 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (permanently installed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the washbasin 156 cm x 90 cm;
    in front of the toilet 134 cm x 150 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 17 cm x 55 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 113 cm x 55 cm.
  • There are no grab rails.
  • The washbasin is accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.

  • Assistance dogs (guide dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) are not allowed. 
  • The operating elements (e.g. door handles, light switches, emergency call buttons) in the Bernadette holiday home and the Korbinian and Jakobus holiday flats are mainly tactile and visually contrasting.
  • There are no floor indicators in the outdoor and indoor areas. 
  • The walls or other structural elements can mainly be used for orientation.
  • All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • The staircase in the Bernadette holiday home has a handrail on one side and is not contrasted.

  • There is no visually clearly perceptible alarm (e.g. fire alarm).
  • In the bedrooms of the Bernadette holiday home and the Korbinian and Jakobus holiday flats, there is at least one freely available socket near the bed.
  • Ringing or knocking at the flat door is not indicated by a flashing signal, which can be perceived in all rooms. 
  • W-LAN is offered.
