All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• There is a parking lot available for the apartment/house.
• The bus stop Hauptstraße Mühldorf is 500m away.
• Almost all rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 70 cm wide.
• There are three barrier-free rooms.
• The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.  
• The dining table/desk is designed to be wheelchair compatible with a maximum height of 80 cm. 
• The WC in the room is accessible from at least one side (at least 80 cm). There are no grab rails.  
• A shower chair can be provided. A grab rail is not available.

• Assistance dogs are not permitted.
• The signage (for orientation) is designed in clearly legible and high-contrast lettering.
• All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
• At least one double or multi-bed room is available.
• Stairs have a handrail on at least one side.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.

• There is no visually clearly perceptible alarm (e.g. fire alarm).
• In the bedrooms of the Bernadette holiday home and the Korbinian and Jakobus holiday flats, there is at least one freely available socket near the bed.
• Ringing or knocking at the flat door is not indicated by a flashing signal, which can be perceived in all rooms. 
• W-LAN is offered.
