• There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 245 cm x 470 cm).
• The bus stop "Bayrischer Hof Miesbach" is 150 m away.
• The building is accessible via a treshold of 3 cm.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via elevator.
• The elevator cabin measures 110 cm x 140 cm. The elevator door is 80 cm wide.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 58 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 110 cm high at its lowest point. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.

• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is not steplessly accessible (treshold of 4cm).
• The maneuvering space in the shower is 77 cm x 99 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• An alarm trigger is not present.

Public toilet for people with disabilities (basement)

• The maneuvering spaces are:
  in front of/behind the door at least 130 cm x 200 cm;
  in front of the toilet and the washbasin 184 cm x 146 cm;
  left of the toilet 134 cm x 70 cm; right of the toilet 84 cm x 70 cm.
• There are handles which can be folded up on the right and left of the toilet.
• The washbasin is wheelchair accessible.
• The mirror cannot be seen while sitting.
• An alarm trigger is present.
