All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities in the underground car park (parking space size: 250 cm x 500 cm). 
• For flat no. 12, an additional outdoor parking space is available in the inner courtyard of the property by arrangement.
• The building is steplessly accessible.
• Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible via an elevator.
• The elevator cabin measures 110 cm x 140 cm. The elevator door is 90 cm wide.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 81 cm wide.

• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The manoeuvring space in the shower is 150 cm x 150 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab rails available in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is not available.

• The manoeuvring space in the shower is 120 cm x 120 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab rails available in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is not available.
