- There are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 250 cm x 520 cm).
- The path from the car park to the entrance is 100 m long.
- The path between the entrance and the terrace has a maximum longitudinal slope of 5 %.
- The building is steplessly accessible via a ramp.
- The ramp has a maximum gradient of 4 % and a total length of 3 m.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for guests are accessible without steps (door thresholds: max. 2 cm) or via an elevator.
- The door threshold to the restaurant on the ground floor 16 cm high.
- The elevator car is 110 cm x 140 cm.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
Exception: Sauna doors with 60 cm, cosmetic room with 81 cm, anteroom sauna area with 88 cm - The reception desk is 120 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
- There are no wheelchair accessible tables available in the restaurants and dining rooms.
Room 001 with bathroom on the ground floor (double room).
- There are two other rooms of identical construction, numbered 002 and 003. There is an adjoining terrace with a threshold of 6 cm.
- The manoeuvring spaces are
in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 118 cm x 200 cm;
to the left of the bed 62 cm x 200 cm;
to the right of the bed 118 cm x 200 cm. - The bed is 53 cm high.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
in front of the sink and of the toilet at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
to the left and to the right of the toilet at least 88 cm x 55 cm. - There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- Both grab rails can be flipped-up.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible.
- The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
- The shower is accessible without thresholds.
- The shower area is 150 cm x 150 cm.
- There are grab rails in the shower.
- A shower seat is available or can be provided if needed.
- An alarm trigger is available.
Public toilet on the ground floor
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of the sink and of the toilet at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
to the left and to the right of the toilet at least 90 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- Both grab rails can be flipped-up.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible.
- The mirror is visible in sitting and standing position.
- An alarm trigger is available.
Wellness area in the basement
- The counter of the registration is 75 cm high at the lowest point. There is another equivalent communication possibility in sitting.
- The sauna doors are 60 cm wide
- There are flat steps with handrails to enter the indoor pool.
Public toilet in the basement (wellness area)
- The manoeuvring spaces are
in front of the washbasin 120 cm x 150 cm;
in front of the toilet 138 cm x 125 cm;
to the left of the toilet 88 cm x 70 cm, to the right of the toilet 20 cm x 50 cm. - There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- The left grab rail can be flipped-up.
- The sink has limited access.
- The mirror is visible in sitting and standing position.

- The entrances are visually rich in contrast.
- There are no visually contrasting or tactilely detectable floor indicators available.
- Stairs have handrails on both sides. Stairs are not visually contrasting,
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically.
- Elevator controls are visually contrasting and tactilely detectable.
- All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
- There is a menu. The menu is designed in no-frills, high-contrast type.
- The edge of the indoor pool is visually contrasting.
- The signage is designed in easy-to-read lettering. There is good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background.

- The alarm is clearly visible in the following rooms: 001, 002, 003.
- There is no audio induction loop system.
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system.
- There is at least one freely available electrical outlet near the bed.
- In the restaurants there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
- There is a seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
- W-LAN is offered or there is a technical possibility for deaf people to communicate with the service staff.
