All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• There are 3 designated parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size 380 cm x 540 cm).
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. 
• If passages are available, they are at least 90 cm. 
• Exterior walkways have a maximum longitudinal slope of 12 %.
• The cash register is 99 cm high at the lowest point. 
• There are 20 wheelchair accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 
• A water wheelchair is available as an aid. 

Shower

• The shower is accessible without steps. 
• The shower area is 193 cm x 250 cm.
• Grab rails are available in the shower.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.

Public WC in the swimming pool

• There is a unisex WC available.
• The movement areas are: in front of the washbasin 150 cm x 150 cm;  in front of the WC 150 cm x 172 cm;  to the left of the WC 92 cm x 77 cm; to the right of the WC 94 cm x 69 cm.
• There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
• The washbasin is wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
• The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

Swimming pool and beach

• The pool is located in the outdoor area.
• There are flat steps with handrails to enter the pool.
• Beach wheelchairs are available.

• Assistance dogs are allowed.
• The entrance(s) is/are not visually rich in contrast and not recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.

• The signage is not designed in clearly legible and contrasting font. 
• The pool is located in the outdoor area.
• The pool edge is visually contrasting.
• A unisex toilet is available.
