All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities". The sauna area was not included in the evaluation.

• There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• The bus stop is 50 m away.
• The building is accessible without steps via a 12 m long ramp with a 5% incline. The door threshold is 2.5 cm high.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible without steps. Exceptions are the infrared cabin (11 cm high step) and the anteroom to the sauna in the outdoor area (15 cm high step).
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests in the swimming pool area are at least 84 cm wide. In the sauna area, some doors are narrower than 70 cm.
• The cash desk is 109 cm high.
• The paths to the outdoor pool and the outdoor sauna area are easy to walk and drive on. There is a longitudinal gradient of 8% over a distance of 1 m to the outdoor pool.
• There are always flat steps with handrails to access the pools. An overhead lift is available for wheelchairs (not at the children's pool).

WC and shower for people with disabilities - also a changing room

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 116 cm; in front of the WC 200 cm x 121 cm;
  to the left of the WC 100 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 94 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. Both grab rails can be folded up.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
• The threshold-free shower measures 100 cm x 142 cm. Grab rails and a shower seat are provided.
• An alarm trigger is available.
