• There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities (space size 350 cm x 500 cm). 
• The path from the car park to the entrance is 15 m long.
• The building is accessible without steps. 
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or via ramps.  
• The ramp in front of the entrance door has a maximum slope of 5 % and a total length of 7 m;
• The ramp to the outdoor area has a maximum slope of 6% and a total length of 9 m.  
• The ramp at the kiosk has a maximum slope of 8 % and a total length of 2 m.
• Almost all doors/passages that can be used by the guest and are raised are at least 88 cm wide. 
• The cash counter is 108 cm high. 
• A restroom for people with disabilities is available.  
• The toilet in this room is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a fold-down grab bar on the accessible side of the toilet.  
• The shower in the restroom for people with disabilities is step-free. There are grab bars in the shower. A shower seat is provided.
• There are flat steps with handrails and a ladder with handrails to enter the warm water pool and the sports pool.
• To enter the paddling pool there is a ramp and flat steps without a handrail. 
• The cash counter at the kiosk is 95 cm high. 
• In the beer garden (outdoor catering) there are wheelchair accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
