All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• A parking space is available for the vacation rental.
• The “Schule Fischen” bus stop is located 100 meters away. 
• All rooms and facilities accessible to guests are step-free and at ground level. 
• All doors, passageways, and pathways accessible to guests are at least 80 cm wide.
• The toilet in the room is not accessible from the side (minimum 80 cm). There are no grab bars.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible even when seated.
• Access to the shower is via a 1 cm high threshold. A shower chair is available.
• The kitchen countertop, sink, and stove are not wheelchair compatible.  
• The dining table is wheelchair compatible with a maximum height of 80 cm.

• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• Signage (for wayfinding) is designed with clearly legible, high-contrast text.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are illuminated with bright, glare-free lighting.
