The holiday flat with three bedrooms, private wellness area and two balconies is situated in a fantastic location directly at the Forggensee. With underground car park, electric car charging station and lift. Direct view of Neuschwanstein Castle.

  • There is a local public transport stop (Schwangau Brunnen bus stop) 50 m away.  
  • There is one parking space each for people with disabilities (space size: 400 cm x 500 cm and 345 cm x 495 dm in front of the house and in the underground car park. The parking space is about 15 m from the entrance.
  • The entrance/access to the building is step-free (max. 2 cm threshold).  
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. Door thresholds are max. 2 cm high. 
  • The lift car is 120 cm x 153 cm. The lift door is 90 cm wide.
  • Exterior walkways are at least 150 cm wide and have a maximum longitudinal slope of 9 %. 
  • Passages and doors are at least 80 cm wide. 
  • The rooms have areas with passage heights partly below 200 cm due to the sloping roofs.

    there is no manoeuvring space to the right of the bed.
  • The bed is 31 cm high.
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
  • The shower is accessible without steps. There is a threshold of 0 cm. 
  • The shower / shower area is 145 cm x 145 cm.
  • Grab rails are available in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (fixed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).

Bedroom 3 (double room)

  • The door is 82 cm wide.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 200 cm x 82 cm;
    to the left of the bed 200 cm x 200 cm;
    to the right of the bed 200 cm x 200 cm.
  • The bed is 53 cm high.
  • Kitchen-living room
  • The movement areas in front of the kitchen unit are at least 150 cm x 150 cm.
  • The (dining) table is accessible, but the cooker, sink and sideboard are not. 

Bathroom with bath and shower

  • The door is 94 cm wide.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    200 cm x 150 cm in front of the washbasin;
    in front of the toilet 145 cm x 150 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 193 cm x 54 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 14 cm x 54 cm.
  • There are no grab rails at the toilet.
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
  • The shower is accessible via a threshold of 2 cm. 
  • The shower area is 114 cm x 93 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if needed (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable).
  • A bathtub is available (not step-free accessible).

  • Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) are not allowed. 
  • The entrance area is recognisable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring and visually contrasting with the surroundings. 
  • There are glass doors with no safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The stop position is not announced by voice. The operating elements are visually high-contrast and tactilely detectable.  The signage is also available in Braille. Alternatively, there is a staircase. 
  • The staircase has a handrail on one side. The stairs are not designed to be contrasted. 
  • The operating elements (e.g. door handles, light switches, emergency call buttons) are tactilely detectable throughout the building/object and in some cases visually contrasting.
  • All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • There are no floor indicators indoors or outdoors.
  • The signage for orientation is designed in legible writing. There is a good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background.

  • In the event of an acoustic alarm (e.g. fire alarm), there is a visually clearly perceptible flashing or blinking signal.

  • Ringing or knocking at the room door is indicated by a flashing signal which can be perceived in all rooms. 
  • W-LAN is offered.
