Alpenfestsaal Lenggries

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• There is a general parking lot available, but none for people with disabilities.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or stair platform lift. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 80 cm wide. (Stair platform lift 79 cm wide).
• Seating in the Alpenfestsaal is individual to the event. 
• There is a public WC for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easy-to-read, high-contrast lettering.
• All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
• The first and last step of a staircase usually have horizontal and vertical contrasting edges. 
• Stairs have at least one handrail on both sides.
• The lettering on the menu must be unadorned and visually rich in contrast.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.

• There is no audio induction loop.
• In the bistro terminal station and in the Alpine Festival Hall, there are tables with bright and glare-free surroundings where there are no lamps hanging that restrict the field of vision.

• The name of the Alpine Festival Hall is clearly recognizable from the outside. 
• The destinations of the paths are within sight. 
• There is no information in plain language.
• There is no menu with pictures, the food is not visibly presented.
