All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

• There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• The bus stop “Moos, Füssen“ is 120 m away.
• The path in front of the entrance is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 9,5 % over a distance of 2 m .
• The building is steplessly accessible
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 80 cm wide.

Bedroom 1

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 120 cm x 155 cm;
  left of the bed 92 cm x 164 cm;
  right of the bed 130 cm x 164 cm.
• The bed is 50 cm high.

Bedroom 2

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 150 cm x 133 cm;
  right of the bed 80 cm x 200 cm;
  on the left is the bed on the wall.
• The bed is 53 cm high.

Bathroom

• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the toilet 166 cm x 117 cm;
  in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 96 cm;
  left of the toilet 25 cm x 53 cm and
  right of the toilet 91 cm x 53 cm.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rail on the right of the toilet can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The manoeuvring space in the shower is 116 cm x 143 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab rails available in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is not available.
