All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• A parking space is available for the vacation rental.
• The “Moos, Füssen” bus stop is located 120 meters away.
• All rooms and facilities accessible to guests are step-free and at ground level.
• All doors, passageways, and pathways accessible to guests are at least 80 cm wide.
• The toilet in the room is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). A fold-down grab bar is available on the accessible side of the toilet.
• The sink is wheelchair-accessible, and the mirror is visible even when seated.
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are provided.
• The kitchen countertop, sink, and stove are not wheelchair-accessible.  
• The dining table/table is designed to be partially wheelchair-accessible.

• The entrance does not feature high visual contrast, but it is identifiable by a tactile change in the flooring.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are illuminated with bright, glare-free lighting.

• In the breakfast room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
• There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
• W-LAN is offered.
