All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• There are four parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator. 
• All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 70 cm wide.
• The reception counters are 116 cm high.
• There are four barrier-free rooms.
• The WC in the room can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.  
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
• Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
• There are tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.

• Assistance dogs are welcome. Exceptions are the restaurant and the bathing area. A table is reserved at the bar for guests with an assistance dog.
• The signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering.

• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically.
• The first and last step of a staircase are fitted with horizontal and vertical contrasting edges.
