You can reach the Tegernsee-Schliersee Alpine region by car via the A8 motorway, taking the Holzkirchen, Weyarn or Irschenberg exits, or via the A95 motorway, taking the Sindelsdorf exit and continuing via Bad Tölz on the B472. If you’re coming from the south, you can take the Inntal motorway or the Achen Pass.
Alternatively, you can travel comfortably by train with the Bayerische Regiobahn (BRB) from Munich Central Station. All passengers with limited mobility are welcomed on BRB trains and fully supported. Before your journey, be sure to contact the Bayerische Regiobahn customer service team for information on accessible train stations.
