Hiking path to the "Reschbachklause"

On the tracks of the Holztrift

Description

On the trail of the "Holztrift" you can dive into the diverse nature of the Bavarian Forest National Park on this approximately 2.5 km long circular path in the "Reschbachtal". The starting point is the "Schwellgraben" car park, from where you first follow a narrow path in the direction of the "Reschbach". A wooden plank bridge finally leads to the other side of the stream, which you then follow gently uphill to the "Reschbachklause". Once there, a bench on the shore of the hermitage invites you to take a break. A cycle path with a water-bound path cover takes you back to the starting point.

Between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., the car park can only be reached by the public transport "Igelbus". The "Wistlberg" car park is recommended for changing vehicles.
