  • There is a general car park in front of the house. There is no marked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm, distance to the entrance: 5 m).
  • The car park is easy to walk and drive on due to its surface quality.
  • The house entrance is steplessly accessible (threshold 2 cm).
  • The entrance to the holiday apartment and all other rooms is accessible without steps or thresholds.
  • The apartment has two bedrooms, a living and kitchen area as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.
  • The minimum width of the corridor inside the apartment is 103 cm.
  • All evaluated doors and passages usable by the guest are at least 90 cm wide.
  • In the kitchen, the maneuvering space in front of the kitchen unit is 150 cm x 150 cm. The dining table is movable and wheelchair accessible.
  • Sink, stove and work surfaces are not accessible by wheelchair.
  • Aids offered: wheelchair, rollator

Bedroom 1 (single bedroom)

  • There is a connecting door to another room.
  • The maneuvering spaces are at least 150 cm x 150 cm in front of essential immobile furnishings and to the right of the bed, to the left the bed stands next to the wall.
  • The maximum height of the bed is 55 cm.
  • The bed is wheelchair accessible.

Bedroom 2 (single bedroom)

  • There is a connecting door to another room.
  • The maneuvering spaces in front of essential immobile furnishings are 110 cm x 185 cm. The bed is placed in an alcove. The maneuvering space in front of it is 110 cm x 185 cm.
  • The maximum height of the bed is 55 cm.
  • The bed is wheelchair accessible.

Bathroom

  • The door to the bathroom opens inwards, but does not influence the maneuvering spaces in front of the toilet and washbasin.
  • The maneuvering spaces are: 
    • left of the toilet 90 cm x 54 cm, right 37 cm x 54 cm 
    • at the door 115 cm x 200 cm;
    • in front of the toilet 200 cm x 88 cm and in front of the washbasin at least 150 cm 150 cm.
  • There are no handles on the toilet.
  • The shower area at ground level is 150 cm x 150 cm.
  • There is a shower chair, but no grab handles.
  • The washbasin has limited wheelchair access. The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed.
  • House and apartment entrances are visually contrasted with their surroundings.
  • There are no carousel or rotary doors.
  • Rooms and corridors are brightly lit and glare-free.
  • The operating elements and paths are tactilely detectable almost everywhere and visually rich in contrast. The walls can be used almost everywhere as an orientation guideline.
  • There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path/room.

  • An alarm is present. The alarm is clearly visible throughout the entire building.
  • There is no audio induction loop.
  • In the evaluated bedrooms, there is at least one freely available outlet near the bed.
  • Knocking at the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal.
  • WiFi is not offered.

  • The name and logo of the company are clearly visible from the outside.
  • Business cards/brochures with the address and telephone number of the host are not displayed in the holiday apartment.
  • Information is not displayed with pictograms or pictures.
  • There is no colored or pictorial guidance system.
  • The destinations of the routes are usually within sight or there is an uninterrupted guidance system.
