  • There is a marked parking space for people with disabilities. The size of the parking space is 350 cm x 500 cm, the distance to the entrance is 50 m.
  • The counselling desk is 74 cm high.
  • All evaluated rooms that are available to the guest are accessible at ground level or by ramp.
  • All evaluated doors are at least 90 cm wide.
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking impairments and wheelchair users. A reservation is necessary. The entire route is only accessible to wheelchair users to a limited extent. Seating is not available.

Public toilet for people with disabilities in the Old Town

  • The distance from the Tourist Information to the toilet is 120 m. The outdoor paths are not easy to walk and drive on (historical pavement).
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the sanitary room are:
    • at the door 102 cm x 150 cm,
    • in front of the toilet and the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm,
    • to the left of the toilet 111cm x 58 cm, to the right 120 cm x 58 cm.
  • Handles that can be folded up are provided on both sides of the toilet.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed.
  • The entrance is visually rich in contrast and can be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
  • Information/signs are visually rich in contrast and in clearly legible font, but cannot be detected tactilely.
  • On outdoor paths, sidewalk boundaries can usually be detected tactilely, but there are no ground indicators.
  • Aids offered: reading aids (glasses, magnifying glasses, etc.)
  • Guided tours for visually impaired and blind people are offered. A reservation is necessary. During the guided tour, exhibits are integrated for touching.
